ISSHINKAN BUDOJO
STUDENT INFORMATION
WITHIN THE DOJO:
- Please remove your outdoor footwear as soon as dojo is cleaned and mats are lay down.
- On each entry or exit to and from the dojo area,
bow towards the ‘kami-dana’. - Before and after each practice, the dojo area
including tatami should be cleaned. - Please leave your comments to minimum and listen to instructor.
TRAINING:
- Training starts on time so please arrive with enough time to change, and help with dojo preparation.
If there is time left use that for your own preparation – warm up, stretching etc. - Please be careful with the equipment you are using or space you are taking to learn techniques.
- Please remove any jewelry that may hurt you or your partner whilst training.
- Please inform Instructor if you would like to leave training area.
- Follow Instructor guidance, take each lesson seriously and be careful to avoid accidents.
